What we collect, and what we do with it.

What this site collects

This site has three forms. "Request a proposal" and "Introduce yourself" (on the Contact and Careers pages) send us whatever you type into them — name, work email and a free-text note are required on both; phone, organisation, role, the kind of help you're after, and whether to start with the Diagnostic are optional, and only appear on the proposal form. "Subscribe by email" (on the Insights page) asks for nothing but an email address. Nothing else on the site collects anything — no account, no tracking pixel.

What happens to it

Your submission is emailed directly to a partner, with Reply-To set to the address you gave us, so a reply goes straight back to you. A copy is also written to a private, encrypted record store, so a request isn't lost if the email fails to deliver. That record exists for exactly that reason — recovery, not marketing, not analysis.

Who sees it

Only Truvenn's partners. We don't sell, rent or share it, and it doesn't pass through a third-party form service, CRM or mailing list. The only other parties involved are the infrastructure that runs this site and delivers the email — Amazon Web Services — acting purely as the pipes, not as a recipient of the content.

Cookies and tracking

None. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from a third-party domain. Everything you see — fonts, styles, scripts, images — is served from this site alone.

How long we keep it

Until a partner deletes it. There's no automatic expiry yet. If you'd like your submission removed, ask — see below.

Write to truvennadvisors@gmail.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll act on it directly — there's no automated process to route it through.

If what we collect or how we handle it changes, this page changes with it. Last updated 23 August 2026.
