What we collect, and what we do with it.

What this site collects

This site has three forms. "Request a proposal" and "Introduce yourself" (on the Contact and Careers pages) send us whatever you type into them — name, work email and a free-text note are required on both; phone, organisation, role, the kind of help you're after, and whether to start with the Diagnostic are optional, and only appear on the proposal form. "Subscribe by email" (on the Insights page) asks for nothing but an email address. Nothing else on the site collects anything — no account, no tracking pixel.

What happens to it

Your submission is emailed directly to a partner, with Reply-To set to the address you gave us, so a reply goes straight back to you. A copy is also written to a private, encrypted record store, so a request isn't lost if the email fails to deliver. That record exists for exactly that reason — recovery, not marketing, not analysis.

We also email you once, straight away, to acknowledge what arrived and quote it back for your records. It comes from no-reply@truvenn.com and replies to it reach a partner. That is the only message we send you unprompted — unless you asked for briefs on the Insights page, in which case you get those too, one per publication, and you can stop them by replying to any of them.

Who sees it

Only Truvenn's partners. We don't sell, rent or share it, and it doesn't pass through a third-party form service, CRM or mailing list. The only other parties involved are the infrastructure that runs this site and delivers the email — Amazon Web Services — acting purely as the pipes, not as a recipient of the content.

Cookies and tracking

None. This site sets no cookies, runs no third-party analytics, and loads nothing from another domain. Everything you see — fonts, styles, scripts, images — is served from this site alone. Nothing here follows you between pages, and nothing here follows you off the site.

Server logs

The service that delivers this site keeps a short record of each request, the way any web server does: the date and time, the page asked for, the response it got, the browser's own description of itself, the page that linked you here, and the country the request came from.

Your IP address is not among them. That field is switched off deliberately, along with anything else that could single out a person or a device. What's left tells us which pages get read and which don't; it cannot tell us who read them, and there's no profile to attach it to. These records are deleted automatically after 90 days.

How long we keep it

Form submissions: until a partner deletes them. There's no automatic expiry, because a real enquiry shouldn't quietly disappear. If you'd like yours removed, ask — see below. Server logs, described above, go after 90 days without anyone doing anything.

Changes to this page

If what we collect or how we handle it changes, this page changes with it. Last updated 30 August 2026.
