What these terms cover

Your use of this website, and nothing else. They are an agreement about a website between Truvenn Advisors LLP and whoever is reading it.

They are not the terms of an engagement with the firm. Client work is governed by its own signed engagement letter, which names the scope, the fee and the people doing it. Where that letter and this page differ, the letter governs — nothing written here varies, limits or adds to it.

This site is not advice

Everything published here — the practice descriptions, the industry pages, anything we publish under Insights — is general information about how the firm thinks and what it does. It is not professional advice, it is not tailored to your circumstances, and nobody should act on it without talking to someone who knows them.

Where a brief states its method and shows its data, that is a description of how we reached a view. It is not a warranty that the view holds for your business, your sector or your timing.

Using a form does not make you a client

Requesting a proposal, introducing yourself through Careers, or asking for briefs by email starts a conversation. That is all it does. An advisory relationship begins only when both sides have signed an engagement letter.

Until then, please don't send us anything confidential or privileged. We treat enquiries as confidential as a matter of practice, and we say so — but an unsolicited message carries none of the protections a signed engagement does, and sending privileged material to a firm that is not yet your adviser can cost you that privilege. Tell us the shape of the problem; save the detail for when there is an engagement to hold it. Privacy sets out what happens to what you do send.

The text, the photography, the Truvenn name and the venn mark on this site belong to Truvenn Advisors LLP or are used with permission.

You are welcome to read any of it, quote briefly from it with attribution, and link to any page here. Please don't republish a page or a brief in full, present our material as your own, or use the name or the mark as yours.

Links to other sites

Where we link out, we are pointing at something we thought was worth reading on the day we linked it. We don't control those sites, we don't monitor what they do afterwards, and a link is not an endorsement of anything they publish later.

Availability and accuracy

We try to keep this site correct, current and online. We don't promise any of the three. Pages get revised, positions develop, and the site may be unavailable while it is being worked on. If something here is out of date and it matters to you, ask us rather than relying on it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Truvenn Advisors LLP is not liable for loss arising from the use of this site, from reliance on anything published on it, or from it being unavailable.

Nothing on this page limits any liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nor does it limit our obligations under an engagement letter, which stands on its own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this site.

Changes to these terms
